Ohio Bicycle 
      Federation (OBF) is the only state-wide advocacy organization representing 
      Ohio bicyclists. OBF is committed to improving bicycling in Ohio through 
      legislation and education.  Through OBF's efforts, H.B. 406 was 
      recently signed into  law, authorizing 
      the issuance of a special "Share 
      the Road" license plate.Sales from this special plate will fund 
      bicycle safety education in Ohio and the publication of  Street Smarts. 
      The plate will be released March 23, 2005, and can be purchased even if 
      you are not renewing your registration at that time.  To order
